- Mochi N Added January 24, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Saw Dr Vasudevan, who had possibly the worst bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve ever been to. Left the office crying because of her mannerisms. Have been going to City Heart Medical and Imbina Medical Centre since this experience and have received much better care from their doctors. Will never go back here.

I have am in the middle of being referres to a back specialist and having care plans done up and i get a call from the pracrise manager to tell me that the locum doctor and other doctors in the surgery refuses to see me anymore and i have to leave the practice as i have has too many missed appointments. Oh did i mention that i have been battling depression for the last 12 months, hence the missed appointments, told this to the manager to deaf ears. Absolutely disgusted now on top of what im trying to deal with im having to look for another surgery to take over my care..find new doctors im comfortable with hopefully.

- Shantal Wallace Added April 18, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I take my little one to Alma Street as needed and usually the doctors are on time. Even if I have to wait a little while, I can entertain my son with the children's books and play pen for a while. Staff are friendly and helpful.
